At KK Craft, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and customer-friendly refund and return process.

1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or broken, you are eligible for a full refund, free replacement, or store credit—your choice.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

2. Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund/store credit.
• Report this within 48 hours of delivery to [your support email] with your order information.

3. Change of Mind / Doesn’t Fit Your Home
We understand that sometimes a product may not fit your space or expectations.
• You may request a return or replacement within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• You will need to ship the product back to our warehouse (address will be provided by support).

4. Refund Processing
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or via bank/UPI transfer.
• If a refund is declined, we will share the opening video evidence and reason.

5. Conditions
• Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging.
• Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable) may have special terms—please check the product details before ordering.
