Refund policy
At KK Craft, we ensure quality craftsmanship. However, we accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Minor variations in wood grain, polish, or color (natural in handmade wooden products)
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- After shipment, cancellation is not possible.
5. Standard Return Policy Information
- Return window: 7 days from delivery
- Return method: Return by courier or mail
- Return fees: Free return for damaged or defective products
- Applicable country: India
- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after inspection
