1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

You are eligible for:

  • Full refund
  • Credit note (as per your preference)

Guidelines:

  • Time Frame: Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Process: Email us at kkcraft24@gmail.com with your order details and clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.
  • Shipping: No additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer for damaged or defective items.

Our customer support team will guide you through the replacement or refund process.


2. Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we regret the inconvenience caused.

Guidelines:

  • Time Frame: The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Process: Please email kkcraft24@gmail.com with your order details and product images.
  • Resolution: We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit note, based on your preference.

3. Product Does Not Meet Expectations / Does Not Suit Your Space

If you feel the product does not meet your expectations or does not suit your home, you may request a return or replacement.

Guidelines:

  • Time Frame: The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Note: Return shipping charges in such cases may be borne by the customer.


4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • In case of rejection, an inspection or unboxing video may be shared for transparency.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via UPI or bank account transfer.
